Notice Regarding Consent to Reprimand and Resignation of Jeginder Singh

CPA Nova Scotia advises that Jeginder Singh, formerly holding the CPA designation, has consented to a reprimand and to resign from membership following a disciplinary investigation. The Hearing Panel approved a Settlement Agreement in an oral decision on May 9, 2025, effective immediately, and the written decision and order are dated May 15, 2025.
